Rainy days, help me through the hopeless haze.[1] It feels as though I blinked, and now entire trees have changed their color, although it's only the third of October! Been pondering about my Halloween costume, not quite sure yet...
Here are some awesome links for this past week.
- I made Roberto Soup on Sunday, and the fam gave it the ol' thumbs up. Whats better, I reheated the leftovers for a Thermos-lunch and it was just as delicious. Super simple, the only things you'll have to go out and buy are the Italian sausage and kale (thanks dad).
On the same note, Jason Kottke's choice as "World's Best Pancakes." I haven't tried them yet, but I'm looking forward to.

CSS has always scared me, and that's why I'm writing this in Markdown (fricking LOVE Markdown), but learning CSS basics has never been easier with Flex Box Froggy. It's cute, fun, and educational.

Just enough rain an hour ago to give the wispy dry grass some hope, turning it green instantly.
This place has been abandoned, the old faith overgrown, confused by brambles, and in these hard times, its upkeep cut from the budget.
But we walk, soaked to the knees, making our slow pilgrimage among gravestones, speaking blurred names back into the world.
